Water Credits
WATER CREDIT INFORMATION
The Monterey Peninsula Water Management District understands the need for flexibility regarding our water supply. Water Credits are documented when water efficient appliances are installed to replace older appliances or when water fixtures are permanently removed, including when a building is demolished. Non-Residential Water Credit is documented upon Change in Use or demolition. Water Use Credits are time limited to ten years.
