CARMEL RIVER STATE BEACH AND LAGOON PLAN

The District monitors the lagoon for water quality by both a roving vertical profile survey at five monitoring stations, and surface water quality at a single monitoring station near the river mouth and beach front. Both sets of data are reported in our Annual Mitigation Report in the Lagoon Chapter.
