The Pure Water Monterey Project recently celebrated the long-awaited beginning to this critical water supply project with a Groundbreaking Celebration at it’s future site in Marina, CA. The ceremony featured a who’s who in local and state politics including Congressman Jimmy Panetta, Natural Resources Secretary John Laird, Assemblymembers Anna Caballero and Mark Stone, County Supervisor Mary Adams and project partner board chairs Rudy Fischer and Bob Brower.
